Interesting, that the more original thinking needing less funding struggles to make it to some minimal funding (it still may), the run of the mill looking one makes it easily (and 10 times as much is needed)...wobblysauce wrote: One RPG that will not make it by the looks, Beta works well though.

Re: Kickstarters, any one following somthing?
Most things are word of mouth, getting exposure would be the hardest part for some one that hasn't been making games for 10yrs, or the demand is not there.
The funding side, is sticking point with Kickstarter, some are pie in the sky ideas and you have others that are 'own' money projects and just need the last bit for polish.
But the any browser part works well in the game, join and leave partys.

Apart from being expensive, why would no one want it?

Really....... This allows you to have automation of your homes lighting without having the expense associated, if it works as described that is a decent price pointDexterPunk wrote: Apart from being expensive, why would no one want it?

Also some decently priced photographic lights too. Variable colour temp/tints is pretty damn cool. I wonder if you could get control of them on a phone using it as a wifi hotspot. If not I guess a little prepaid hotspot would do the trick.
