Browser games

Post by durbster »

I need your help ARSE.

I've inadvertently backed myself into a corner. Way back last year I started sending a browser game around the office every now and again, usually on a Friday to perk everyone up at the end of the week. The problem is, it's become so popular it's being demanded every week now and I've run out of good ones!

Finding new ones is really difficult because you have to wade through piles of ad-infested shite to find anything good.

I'm after games that take no more than 15 minutes to play, are a bit addictive and have some kind of score so we can have a bit of competition.

Here are some of the best we've had so far:
GeoGuessr - https://www.geoguessr.com/
Mini Soccer - http://www.miniclip.com/games/soccer-ph ... n/#t-w-c-H
Colour Pickr - http://sean.mtracey.org/stuff/pickr/
Air Traffic Control - http://www.flashgames247.com/play/13629.html
Bounce - http://bounce.tap2play.io/
Sinuous - http://www.sinuousgame.com/
2048 - http://gabrielecirulli.github.io/2048/

Plus a bunch of quizzes and things like that.

Any suggestions?

Some play it safe on the merry-go-round, others go for the thrills of the roller-coaster.

I have a joke for you. I have a prediction that you are going to walk into a bar, my prediction was wrong and your wallet is gone.

Thanks chaps. The eye test is just like the Pickr game above, although by coincidence I learned a bit about how the eye perceives colour and so performed much better on the iGame version than I did in the office one :D

Mind you, that colour/eye test could be rather monitor-dependent, too!

847! :D
Posted this today and it was a good one. I got 826 :)

It also reminded me that I had the exact same idea for a game years ago, and I'd completely forgotten about it.

I even posted it on ARSE :D - http://www.arseforums.com/phpBB/viewtop ... at#p189171

I wonder if I still have the source files... :drumroll:

A bit more involved than other games posted and maybe not the point of this thread... but im loving this f1 manager game, best around atm.

If anyone is keen for a look, come join the 'Aussie F1' league.

Almost forgot about iGP. Had been in the Aussie F1 league for just over 2 years. Was always forgetting about it.
