Anyone seen this stuff? It's a deep black material invented in the UK and it absorbs 99.96% of light. All the pics I've seen of it, it looks like someone has just blacked out pics in photoshop but this pic shows it best.

Apparently its pretty fragile stuff, being made up of carbon nanotubes. They're using it in places like powerful telescopes to absorb stray light within the equipment. The 0.04% of light that is reflected is supposedly where light is hitting the top of the nanotubes.

It seems you have to grow the nano's so Mclaren would have to send off the chassis for growing.
