Should have added, that video is the unreleased Alpha of the Unreal Update, you'll have to wait about seven more months before that comes to fruition.

Hey guys, as I've mentioned in the other thread, this is in open beta currently.

Mini-campaign is playable, altho the tutorials/scenarios are currently broken.

I've got broke twice in a row already yesternight, on easy settings...LOL.

For those of you who enjoy Automation and Motorsport Manager, I figured I should finally tell you about the BRC which has gone from a rally series to a full-on racing league on the forums.

At this stage we've got one more race in the 1976 season where my 6l V8 led-sled is nowhere to be found in the results and after this our 1986 championship will start.

The challenges have been good.
Some play it safe on the merry-go-round, others go for the thrills of the roller-coaster.

Big news!
The Unreal 4 Open Beta is here
The first Unreal Engine 4 based version of Automation will be released in open beta later today. This is the place for you to discuss things like bugs, the new UI, and ask questions about features that don't quite seem right yet. Hint: much of the UI isn't polished up yet and there sure are plenty of bugs.

What we'd like you to do is to disregard most of the smaller bugs for the first few updates of this open beta, but tell us about any big issues (i.e. crash bugs) you encounter.

Coolbeans.

Wonder if we should remove the old version and do a clean download when they drop the new version on steam.

Not yet anyway, the new update is car designer only so the old version is still included in the launcher to play the campaign mode.
All you'd have to do is set your game to "Open Beta" and it just downloads the updated launcher and the UE4 Car Designer.

That's what happens on a car based computer forum..
