Gee Apex, it is bloody quiet in here.

I hadn't responded as I hadn't run in a while but it seems like GPL, the sim that really got ARSE going, is now forgotten here.

I gave it a run while ago after a break from it. Got within a 1/2 second of my best in 67 cars but didnt really float my boat. Might try 66 cars again soon but I belt around in rFactor alot when I'm in the mood to drive.

After a couple of changes of PC etc, I finally got it reloaded and running this morning. Still some fine tuning to do but I hope to be able to make at least the odd Tuesday night again.

My install won't work. Got the shits with me big time and I don't know if I can be bothered to get it running again. Think I'll stick with the '79 F1's in rFactor

I had my first run in bloody ages last night with Blues & co @ Spa. I've never been quick there (Brabby prolly don't help), but in my terms I did a quick lap early in qually (3:22.**) but then just couldn't keep it together for more than 2 sectors.

I kept practising and tinkering with the setup into the wee hours, and when I got a chance late this morning I tinkered a bit more, and went for a race with the AI.

A couple of laps into the session and *bingo*, a 3:20.24 which sneaks in under par by about a tenth. Spa was the one track where I never thought I'd go neg.
