Well my replacement G25 is at the shop and I should get it tomorrow, thanks to Logitech's superb customer support & warranty replacement program.
So I will be returning shortly, maybe not this coming Tue as the Tour de France is still on till Mon night but hopefully the week after I should be.
If you can let us know what the tracks are planned once you decide on them after this Tue's racing, that would be great :)

good to see some new guys showing some interest in the old girl :).......Gutsy Sapient starting ya baptism of fire @ Dundrod hehehe........definately not for the faint hearted, but one of mine ( and many others ) fave tracks.
I have a Brabham BT19 setup for this track so if ya need gimme a pm with ya email and i'll send it to you.
OK a coupla tricks for this track. 1ST up its narrow and its F A S T and longish (3min+) so very easy to run off the track. the creator of this track, Jim Pearson (track maker extraordinaire ) placed some very strategic
haybales around this circuit that help remembering where most of the corners are, so keep an eye open for them. There also some landmarks that help as well, the road sign on the right just after the haybale just before the 1st turn is a good marker as is the white house on the right just after the Deers Leap jump on the downhill section, which is a good point to start ya braking for the next corner, also there are a few points around the track where the road continues straight on into the distance after the upcoming corners, so you'll no doubt find out all about them hehehe. hope this helps ya mate :)

Ok guys this is it....what you've been asking for for quite some time....the next ARSE comp!!!

yup we'll be driving the 66's and we'll be TAKING IT TO THE STREETS!!!!.......thats right, 8 street circuits over 4 weeks ( 2 races per night ) with the usual points scoring,
( 1st 9 points, 2nd 6 points, 3rd 4 points, 4th 3 points )......You can take any car you want @ any track, you are not restricted to the one chassis for the whole comp, so horses for courses :)
but if you want to drive just the one chassis, feel free to do so.

and now the circuits, in order

WEEK 1: Adelaide 2002 & Birmingham Superprix Circuit 1989

WEEK 2: Weisbaden & Pau 1967

WEEK 3: Varosliget & Montjuic Parque 1969

WEEK 4: Monaco & Adelaide 1967

Comp will start next Tuesday 23rd September barring any unforeseen circumstances....any questions feel free to ask here :)

In the meantime tomorrow nites tracks will be The Moon & Brands Hatch ( sorry for the late posting )...cyas there

G'day guys

Comp sounds good, not so sure about switching cars, but if that is the rule, so be it.

As for tonight, taking a break from GPL tonight, been getting too pissed off lately, just can't seem to make progress with it now lol

Translation - sick of sucking harder than dogs balls lol

I'll be racing in the comp though, so see ya at adelaide.

Muppet out
