WTF Mercedes, you help Nico but not Hammy at Baku.
Hope they throw the book at em, rules are rules. (which by the way I don't agree with wrt to radio comms.)

Not a bad race but only cause of the conditions.

Hammy, Hammy, Hammy. Yeah, yeah, Yeah!!!

Do you actually like Hamilton? Or is it some kind of ironic following? Like following Warney on Twitter?

Why did Vettel get only a 5 second penalty while Rosberg got 10 for basically the same thing at the last race? Vettel even got an advantage from his compared to Rosberg.

I wonder if Mercedes seeked clarification on the comms rules post Baku since Brundle said it was allowed only if it's to solve a terminal issue.

Trying to crowd surf, this is so cringe worthy I'm going to bed before I puke during the "Lewis GP" post race show.

Reddit comment.

Hamilton makes me bipolar. Watching him drive makes me happy. Watching him out of a car makes my blood boil.

Not a bad observation that.

It's a fucked ruling that. They should be allowed radio communication for car faults. These things are too complicated for a driver to try and fix at 200 mph. Driving coaching should be banned but if you're going to place a limit on engines and drive trains, let them sort that out as they go. What happens when a driver gets injured from a brake failure? The team could see it but can't tell them that brakes are critical? It's fucked!

Nico Rosberg and Mercedes have been penalised 10 seconds for breaking radio transmission rules during the British Grand Prix.

The decision drops the German to third place, behind team-mate Lewis Hamilton and Red Bull's Max Verstappen and cuts his points lead over Hamilton to one.

Mercedes were found to have gone beyond the degree permitted to help a driver solve a technical problem.

They broke a rule saying: "The driver must drive the car alone and unaided."

Mercedes have lodged an intention to appeal against the decision.

Lewis Hamilton must have the cleanest colon on earth the rimming he got from Sky's presenters alone would be enough to leave him with a chromed coit .

As much as I wish it wasn't this way you have to hand it to Max Verstappen the guy is one hell of a driver at any age let alone how young he is.

Given the millions of dollars it takes to get into F1 they're all going to be like that though aren't they?

Dan isn't. Not sure of how his family got all their money, I heard it was from mining. But perhaps his parents just did a good job of keeping him grounded.

Yeah, but let's see how that goes if he continues to be beaten by Max!

I haven't been keeping up with F1 a lot this year, I missed the two previous races. But wasn't that the first time this year he's had the upper hand over Dan? I know Dan has sometimes finished lower down, but I seem to recall car issues or pit issues etc. It's the first time in a long time i've seen a team mate of Dan's legitimately out race him. I also reckon Dan's got too much talent to let it happen consistently. It seemed as though this weekend, he just never quite got on top of the right setup.

Yeah, not sure, I haven't been watching them either, it's still early days really, they've only been in the same car for 3 or 4 races?
