Yeah I saw that. Unfortunately won't be able to get to that round. I do prefer the freedom of being able to drive around the whole of Phillip island though, last time I went to Sandown it was a lot more limited

Yes that is a pity with Sandown these days, even when the 500 (V8's) there is only really 3 spectator areas & 2 of those are drive & park areas. Rumour is it's likely to be sold & demolished for housing in the next few years. :(
I remember going to watch a round of what is now the Shannons Nationals about 12-15 yrs ago on a Fri practice day & got myself around to T4 as they go onto the back straight. I was practically against the fence underneath the scaffolding of the camera position there. Can't do that anymore I'm afraid. :no:

That is what happens when people get to build around areas like that.. Replace with Airports, Tracks Etc.

Yeah I been hearing them all weekend from the comfort of my simrig. :D

Will be at the track next Saturday for the Supercars too, might even take the day & go Fri as well as unfortunately have other commitments on Sunday.
