I saw a new one today - improve (noun). Apparently "improvement" is too hard.

Going forward we have people architecting improves to legacy systems.

Wait until you have a kid. You'll get 4-5hrs every night but it'll be broken up in 3 stages.

You should try it some time, I'm told it's quite addicting.

It's unpossible not to enjoy sleep.

I once wake about 9:30 am to the sound of helicopters over the house. There'd been freight train derailment close by and I slept through it. The Melbourne to Sydney rail line is under a 100 metres from the house.

But back on topic, it looked good seeing F1 cars going fast through turns again.

Was also great to see solid memorable non-DRS passing as well.

Saw something this morning that out of the 50 odd passes only 10 or so were because of DRS. Love seeing drivers have to earn a pass again and dont mind if the overall number of passes per race is low if they are hard fought overtakes.

Haha!

I looked that one up a while back because I thought that it surely can't be right. Apparently it's acceptable. :shake:

Guess who had 3.5 hours sleep. :D

Love the evolution of arse threads.

On a serious note, it seems like a 2 horse race this year between Mercedes and Ferrari, with the odds still in Hamilton's favor. If Red Bull can't close the gap, they may be racing by themselves for the majority of the year.

I ended up watching the onboard version for round 1. I realised how spoilt we are as viewers, we get endless camera changes focusing on the highlights where as individual drivers get an agonising lap after lap trying to improve with the smallest of time differences waiting to be at the right place and time for a chance to overtake.

Which made me think about China, that was a fucking long time for some drivers to get past each another.
