I hope so, but if it is like the Telly movie(3ep) adventure I guess not.

Fingers crossed.

Back to Earth was a little flat and the story was shit, but otherwise it wasn't too bad. I wish they would go back to filming with a live audience, but I guess that's fairly limiting.

EDIT: turns out they are filming with an audience

The audience should help immensely. The last one was just so sterile. You don't realise how much the audience fills in on a show like that until its missing.

Audience in a can is worse.

Last time I saw them they looked more like Telly Tubbies...

Dave's been a big hit over here. It used to be called UK Play I think. It's half owned by the BBC and shows old episodes of the likes of Top Gear, Red Dwarf, Mock the week, QI, Have I got news for you, Armstrong and Miller, stuff like that.

Episode 1 is out. Great show

It has a very series 3-6 style vibe which I like.

I saw the first one last night and thought it was good. Back to a similar feel to the earlier series.

Great season. I watched all 6 again with my mother on saturday and we were cackling away all afternoon :)

Sucks that they only do 6 episodes per season :(

Two more series have been commissioned. Both being filmed at the end of the year, then airing in 2016 and 2017. Craig Charles has left Coronation St to to focus on the show.

No Rimmer in that picture so maybe he's left again.

Rimmer's in. I just thought Kryten looked weird in the other promo shot. They're doing 2 seasons as well. XI airing this year and XII next year.

First episode was streamed last night. Haven't seen it yet but the response on reddit is positive.

Seems episodes will be shown online a week before tv broadcast.

XI wasn't too bad, but some of the editing was off. They filmed XII at the same time so hopefully it has a bit more polish in that area

I haven't watched any of the newer series but I thought I might go back and watch from the very beginning. It seems there's no streaming option here in oz but they list it as being on UK Netflix, anyone tried this, any other options? I'd have to get getflix or one of those services I guess.
