Zootopia

Post by smithcorp »

Took the gals to see it on the weekend. if you have kids, especially daughters, it's highly recommended.

However, almost all of the previews were crappy sequels - most of the US film industry is sadly bereft of original ideas or any energy to take a risk.

Thanks, I was wondering if it would be worth taking my two eldest. The sloth in the Transport office had me in the previews but I was worried that was the best bit of the movie... Although, it was an outstanding bit of comedy when I saw it the first time :D

You're right CJ - the sloth in tghe DMV is an excellent bit, but the whole movie is full of clever stuff, even a Breaking Bad reference.

Took our kids to see it about 2 weeks ago, we all thoroughly enjoyed it. It sure is a unique storyline & would be one of the better kids movies of recent times.
The sloths could be a natural spin-off, the 2 major scenes with them was gut busting funny. Especially the last scene of the movie.

Yep. I was massively impressed with this movie. The Sloth part was definately the funniest for me. But the rest of the movie was great too
