I would agree with the Muira, Dino, 250 GTO, 250 Testa Rossa (didn't that sell recently for some incredible amount of money) & E type.
Other than those, Ford GT40, Gullwing Mercs, pagoda roof Mercs, BMW 507, BMW 3.0 CSi / L (the L being the Batmobile), early Mustangs & Corvette Stingray, Aston DB5, Citroen DS (I could seriously consider buying one of them), Karmann Ghia, Bug, Mini, Facel Vega HK500, Alfa Romeo Spyder longtail, old Morgans, Datsun 240Z etc etc, probably most cars that are featured in Octane magazine. Funnily enough, I probably had Dinky / Corgi models of most of those cars listed, still do in a shoebox somewhere
As you can tell, I don't really like modern cars, maybe an AM V8 Vantage, Zonda, Morgan Aeromax (love that Bugatti streamliner type styling), Land Rover Defender (just love the purposeful / agricultural side of them).
Cars I lusted after as a kid (1970's) - Fiat 124 Sports, Alfasud, Fiat 3P, Citroen SM, Citroen GS Club Wagon, BMW2002, all Astons, Hey Charger - that'll do for now but could go on & on
PS my red 1989 E34 535is Beemer
