Eh, nope :p

I just thought the graphics weren't overly amazing, not considering the amount of time since rFactor (1). The animated marshalls sound alright, assuming modders can have some fun with it.

Funny enough, I was asked to get some texture shots of some of the guys, but I completely forgot about it :(

A quick look at the comment section suggests that Jon Denton from AutoSimSport is the maker of that video. They have their hands on a beta and are doing a big run down on it to be released soon. Nothing on the forums over there yet though, even in the secret bits I (still) have access to.
