"Mak Corp" says it all.

They promise a lot, deliver very little (if anything)!

That guy was so full of crap it was silly.
Claimed to Australian F3 champ the year before Australia had a national F3 series, claimed to be in that nasty accident where a train hit a bus at a level crossing and on and on and on.....
Complete tool.

Is it Thomas Mak - the 'brains' behind MMG?
Dealt with him along with Sterlo and Schmickle back in the rFactor days when we got roped into doing some beta testing of an F1 mod they were working on and learnt about all his BS then.

Umm ok I won't hold my breath for this then, pity.

But didn't MMG make some great mods, thinking off a particular F1 mod for rF?

F1 2007 was an MMG.

Beyond that they've always boasted about upcoming (in-progress) mods. Plenty of screenshots over the years for very little (if any) content.

Back in the AutoSimSport days they interviewed him and he was going to do a mod for every year of the F1 World Championship. 2007 is done, only 62 more to go!
Not to undervalue the 3D modelling side of things but getting to that stage is less than half the job, so many people underestimate that part of it. Its only getting harder to as the sims become more complex the time to create a mod just goes up and up and up.

Petros Mak?

i.e. the guy who's "wife" posted on RSC saying he'd had a heart attack or some such putting him in hospital in a critical condition. Then a day or 2 later he was home and miraculously recovered after people started calling him out on his bullshit and pressing for details.

Mak Corp has released version 0.80 of his Group C sports car racing mod for rFactor 2. Download Link
The new version does some physics refinement both on the Mazda 787B as well as the Porsche 962C that was added with the mod’s last release.

Changelog
Porsche 962C
ADDED: New Torque Curve for each engine. More Torque at low RPM and power peak at lower RPM to make the engines more “Porsche”
CHANGED: Engines use a bit less fuel
CHANGED: Small increase on brake power
CHANGED: Headlight flicker reduced but remains for now as the only way to stop it is to increase near cam clip distance which when changed to fix flickering, clips the cockpit, so not useable.
FIXED: Manual clutch torque

Mazda 787B
CHANGED: Small physics adjustments
CHANGED: Drag adjustment
CHANGED: Small decrease on brake power
CHANGED: Downshift sound modified/removed when using manual clutch
FIXED: Manual clutch torque
