well, if you're selling it it's in the right place :) I thought it was just a show-off, but maybe not. For showing off I'd put it in the off-topic, it's the busiest :D

Jesus... I thought my home made aluminum frame was good. I burnt myself out with sim racing... But I reckon I'd get back into it if I had one of these... For a week or so anyway.

If it takes you 6 months to deliver a set of pedals, how long is the wait on one of them?!

It takes me 5 weeks to deliver a set of pedals mate :)

As we're now keeping 2 sets of pedals and 2 sets of steering systems in stock at all times, the longest wait for the customer is the time it takes
to custom make their steering wheel.

Usually 4 weeks is a good estimate for delivery.

First, I'm not your mate. :shake:
Second, the 60+ page thread at iRacing with numerous testimonials to the contary and my own experience suggest a very, very different story.
Third, you have not responded to a message I posted that quickly since my intial email to you! A phone call 10 minutes later at that stage but things slowed down somewhat (to say the least) once the money changed hands hey?
Fourth, with all the bits in that rig, the potential for 'delays at the powder coaters' must be enormous!

4 weeks as an estimate for delivery, is that from when the order is placed or from the third time you say 'you will have them next week?'
When has anyone who has ordered a set of pedals this year got them within 6 weeks? You are only just shipping orders from MAY (ie 7 months ago) according to your own updates, now that is 6+ months on my calendar, did you lose some of yours or something?

I'm sorry you've had a bad experience and am sorry for calling you mate. It won't happen again.

Things for my current customers are very different, than they were in the past. I didn't post this for any other reason than that I thought people might be interested in seeing a new locally designed system.

If you're not happy with your pedals, please email me at any time and I'd be only too happy to help.

The pedals are fine, it really is your one saving grace. Great product but getting them is a journey and a half.
That is a story people deserve to know before making a commitment to any sort of CST product, because it is certainly not something you advertise on your website, hell you just said right here 4 weeks for delivery, when there are people who ordered in MAY who are still waiting, so how can anyone who orders now really believe you when they would be presumably at the end of a very long line.
Why do you have stuff sitting on the shelf when people are waiting for delivery?
Why did I have to threaten to get my money back before I saw any real progress?
So many questions - so many bullshit answers.

The customers you're talking about are TODD CANNON'S customers. He sells to every country except for our area.

I am responsible for the Oceania region. I'm not permitted to sell to any other areas.

I have been assisting in sorting out his orders while he's been getting back on his feet since suffering a spinal injury and have created a thread providing updates on supply and delivery dates.

I'm sure that you've noticed the current USA/EU customers on the iRacing forums thanking me for helping them?

I have "..stuff sitting on the shelf..." to make sure I'm never in a situation where my customers are effected by overseas manufacturing constraints again. I ordered extra parts at my own cost to ensure this.

As I said, things are very for my sales and customers now.

Every customer who has ordered from me has my mobile number, my email address, and has received an update email from me in the past week.

And just to be clear, this cockpit is not a CST product.

True enough, but that is a CST product advertisement in your signature and you are suggesting they will be for sale one day and the C in CST stands for Cannon right?
I read about his injury, bad times for sure, but there were problems with deliveries well before that ever happened.
If you have got your shit together and sorted things out then good job, I'm glad my experience and the similar experience of others was used to improve your business practises.
But it is not like I ordered mine 10 years ago, not even 1 year ago actually and I was an Oceania customer who certainly never got your mobile number or any update emails so if that is the case now consider me very jealous.
All I'm saying to my fellow ARSE's is to buy with caution and to do your research - nothing more, nothing less.
And with that, I'm done discussing my issues with CST, I'll let others ask questions befor handing over their cash from now on. I'll never post in a CST or Tony P topic again. Time to let it go and move on.

I'm glad you can acknowledge that I can adapt.

Things are very different, and again, I am sorry for the stress and heartache you went through.

If at ANY TIME you decide something isn't right with your pedals, please email me straight away. You'll get a reply, my mobile number, and a result.
