The WTCC is a (car) pack not an experience so you should be able to race them anywhere...
iirc it's only the DTM & ADAC GT Masters experience packages that lock you into certain tracks that mimic the rl championship.

Guia Circuit aka Macau coming to R3E this week
Sector3 Studios released a big batch of in-game preview screenshots showcasing the Macau Guia Circuit that will be released for RaceRoom Racing Experience later this week.

Macau is situated 60 kilometers southwest of Hong Kong. The Macau Grand Prix is arguably the most important international sporting event in Macau, featuring Motorsport series such as Formula 3, motorcycle road racing and touring car races. The races are held at the temporary 6.2km Guia Circuit on the streets of the city.

Big City street tracks are often left out of modern simulator software because of their high system resource usage. While the virtual R3E version of Macau is Sector3’s most art-heavy track to date, they still succeeded to optimize the track to run at a very smooth frame-rate. The Sector3 Studios track team have put an incredible amount of detail in the virtual circuit and recreated all the buildings and track-side objects as accurate as the technology would allow.

There's no excuse not to try R3E now, this weekend should help you decide if you like any of it to warrant purchasing some of the DLC at some point.

It's nothing great but this should add a bit more atmosphere to R3E for those interested. R3E Pit Radio App by mr_Belowski.
Last week, Sector3 officially published their shared memory API for their RaceRoom Racing Experience simulator.
So Mr_Belowski went straight to work and hacked together a little app that will enable you to enjoy pit radio messages while racing in R3E.
The app development is still in its early stages but does already work quite nicely. When downloaded, just unzip the package and execute the enclosed CrewChief.exe file before firing up R3E.
You are allowed to change the sound files to your own preference. Just replace the .wav files in the sounds subfolder. Each subfolder can have one or more wav files the app will pickup and play at random.
The wav file in the root of the sound folder is the radio ‘beep’.

The pack will contain the BMW M3 E30, Volvo 240 Turbo, BMW 635 CSi and the newly added Nissan Skyline GTR.

To get us excited, they uploaded a set of preview videos showing us the Touring Classics Pack mixed up with the DTM 1992 cars. This way we can also have a look at the upcoming multi-class feature that will let you mix up cars from different classes and will ensure you are having equal winning chances in each car of the class. With the release of the pack, Sector3 will also introduce bigger grids to R3E.

The RaceRoom Racing Experience Touring Classics car pack is available for 999vRP (~$10.99USD / $15.00AUD) in the RaceRoom Racing Experience Store
Ever since online sim racing became popular, classic touring cars have always been a favorite of many sim racers out there. With the previously released DTM 1992 car pack, Sector3 Studios have proven that this is still the case. So let’s welcome the Touring Classics car pack and continue the fun.

The Touring Classics car pack for R3E contains a selection of cars that can be considered true global touring car racing classics. The pack comes with a collection of 39 iconic and recognizable car liveries to spice up the grid visuals. While combining all of the existing classic R3E tourers, the pack also introduces the new Nissan Skyline GTR R32 model.

All of the cars have been revisited and brought up to the current RaceRoom standards of simulation. While keeping the characteristics of each model, they also underwent a process of “Balance of Performance” to not only ensure equal winning chances in each car of the class, but also to prepare them for the upcoming Multi-class Feature that will enable you to mix the different R3E classes leading to a bigger and more varied grid.

Sector3 studios released a preview video showing us the virtual version of the French Paul Ricard circuit that will soon become part of the RaceRoom Racing Experience track list.

The video shows us footage of a lap around the famous test track driving the RaceRoom BMW Z4 GT3. The release version of the track will include 4 layouts, including the 1A (F1 Test) version, 1C-2V (BES, WEC) version, 3C (WTCC) version and the 2A-short track. Sector3 did not yet announce an official release date.

The Paul Ricard Circuit is a Motorsport race track built in 1969 at Le Castellet, near Marseille. It is regarded as one of the best testing circuits in the world. The track is famous for its 1.8km Mistral straight. The full track is around 3.610 miles (5.8 km) long. The shorter circuit is known as the GP short circuit and is 2.369 miles (3.8 km) long. The track offers 167 possible configurations from 826 to 5,861 meters. Its flexibility and mild winter weather mean that it is used for testing by several Motorsport teams, including Formula One teams.

One of the most recognizable features is its black and blue runoff areas that are known as the Blue Zone. The runoff surface consists of a mixture of asphalt and tungsten creating maximum friction when a car goes off-track. The deeper run-off areas are the Red Zone, with a more abrasive surface designed to maximize tire grip and hence minimize braking distance.

Paul Ricard now available in the RaceRoom Store for 400vRP (USD$5.60 / AUD$7.70).
Paul Ricard is a fixed stop on the calendar of all major racing teams, this is where the limits are tested. The signature blue markings on the track act as massive run-off areas, allowing teams to run at 101% without having to empty their car for gravel when it goes wrong. This challenging and fun track is catering to races from formula cars to GT and touring cars, it is a busy place, and one that you can now finally get to experience in detail.

Sector3 Studios is getting ready to release the Spa-Francorchamps circuit for their RaceRoom Racing Experience Simulator.
You can expect the track to be available for racing somewhere this week. It might even be sooner than you think.

As you can see in the included in-game screenshots, the Sector3 track developers have outdone themselves once more.
The Belgian Ardennes track looks nothing less than stunning and is an accurate virtual representation of the real venue.

Well that was much quicker than expected as Spa-Francorchamps has been released already, costing 549vRP (USD$6.17 / ~AUD$8.60)
It comes in 3 layouts or shall we say 3 pit options being GP Pits, Classic Pits or Combined. I assume the Combined Pits will allow large grids of around 60 cars if it follows the true to life layout.
