Here's my current one. I had to do a bit of editing so I could get something that wouldn't stretch like crazy across three screens.

Displayfusion. Torrence, the lad, has it available.

I use DisplayFusion Pro as well so mine changes every few mins on the 2nd monitor and every 10 mins on the main.

Here is my home desktop.

You really cant go past InterfaceLIFT for decent desktop images.
All my primary monitor images tend to be from there and the 2nd monitor are random images, usually of motorsport.

Err... this is mine at work (I've popped the taskbar up to make it more exciting - I normally have it hidden). I sometimes put the odd file on the desktop but I don't like lots of icons, so I've got a taskbar folder with all my apps in, and another for project folders.

At home it's the same, except it's Vista, I have the taskbar on and the background is a different colour.

I never bother with desktop backgrounds. I would only see them when the PC boots or shuts down so it seems a waste of memory. Can you tell I grew up when memory useage was actually a problem? :D

QEMM? :)

I remember trying to see how many TSRs I could get into extended memory. LOADHI.SYS bitches! And then along came MEMMAKER.COM.

I trawl Deviantart constantly and most times there's some really awesome wallpapers.
