I was running an Asus RTN-66U but it was getting flaky, dropping connection if it got jostled even a bit. I replaced it with an RT-AC68U. Install was seamless, but speedtest is showing really terrible speed!
Any ideas?
To clarify - this is wired connection to the PC where I'm getting those speeds.

I'm jealous of your 'really terrible' speed, that's mine when things are going good. Sorry I can't be of assistance, I just needed to vent

What speeds were you getting with the old router? Any chance it is your ISP?

That might be it Cursed. Was getting 100Mb/s a few nights ago, but i see people complaining on Whirlpool, so it may be due to the network.
