This is a great tip - it saves time and farting around with boot disks etc. - just click re-install, wait about 30 minutes and you're back up and running again on a fresh windows install. I used the "refresh" when my Windows 10 decided to stop letting me use my Start button - a rather common problem with NO SOLUTION available.
