advice on wireless routers

Post by slow069 »

hi guys i am contemplating buying a wireless router

the products i am looking at is

router: D-link DI-634M http://www.dlink.com/products/?sec=0&pid=458#

and wireless card: DWL-G520M http://www.dlink.com/products/?pid=422&sec=0

i havespoken to the wise one (shonky) about this and also talked to boxhead

but is there any arsers out there that can shed some more light on the subject or anyone out there that is using those products

i would also like to know weather anyone uses it for online gaming as i would like to know if there is any problems

ive got the billion 7402g, i have no complaints what so ever...its easy to use, simple to setup and has pretty good range on the standard antenna....it handles online gaming like a pro as far as im concerned...have a good look on the whirlpool forums there are endless debates about routers which is the best for what etc....

Anything that's got all the features will do the job...

The general rule is the more you spend, the more you get.

Check out ozcableguy dot com dot au for a whole heap of reviews.
