have you had a look around at what you need to do as a GM?
When I say build it and they will come, I have no doubt that arses would join a guild, but it depends on what you plan to do with it and how you plan to run it that will determine if its worth being a part of.
Im nearly level 29. Had any thoughts JTM on what you want to do?

lol. Should we do one of those donation-a-thon or whatever to see how much each person is willing to donate to start this guild in a new thread?
Also, if we do that, i remember as while back that they implimented some sort of 10% tax thingo when you trade. Is that still around?
