Spotted anything nice lately?

Post by Exar Kun »

Thought we could have one of these threads here. Ash is, of course, banned from it though. :D

Saw my current dream car parked near work yesterday - AM V8 Vantage. Damn that thing is sexy. We don't get very many exotics around here at all, despite being right in the middle of Canberra so this was a nice surprise. I've seen it once before with no plates being fanged around one of our many lovely round-a-bouts but this was the first time I have had a good chance to check one out in the flesh. :tilt:

Yesterday I saw a light purple Ford Festiva with a tailpipe that was shaped into a love heart

It also had a "Bigstoner" sticker that was made to look like the Bridgestone logo.

Classy.

32 I believe. And I saw one last week too. :D

Absolutely shocking resale on those cars and it's amazing how many are always up for sale considering how few we have here. I guess after people spent $210,000 on an M3 CSL and found out it was far less practical and not much faster than the $70k less model they figured they'd get something else...

I saw a BMW Z4M Coupe the other day. I know alot of people think they are ugly, but put a love heart tailpipe on one of them, and I'd do it!

I mean, I think they are good looking car. :)

I reckon they look mad. Don't see many cars with the classic long nose roadster thing anymore. The back is a bit of a mismatch for the front but they're very cool cars in my opinion.

Saw a new (not yet released) Mini Clubman with gaffer tape over the badges. Not sure how that's supposed to disguise it :)

And a DB7.

Saw a new Mustang up the street the other week. Other wise its the usual assortment of Porches, Range Rovers and Mercs we seem to have here.

Nice, never seen one in the flesh. They're not road legal over here (same with Enzos, Carrera GTs and anything else made in left hand drive only).
