Anyone here subscribe to the print edition of Auto Action? If so how do you go with delivery times?
I ask as I just started a print sub but the 1st issue I received was around 1 week after it's release. I'm still waiting for last week's edition & who knows when yesterday's edition will show up...
The magshop states they could arrive anytime in the fortnight after release. So I'm hoping once it settles I will get them earlier in the week of release or at the latest by end of the 1st week given I'm in Metro Melb.
But if it doesn't improve I'll probably cancel my sub, even if it is 50% cheaper I just don't want to have to wait that long.

No cause its not what I'm looking for as the print mag is also something I share with my son.
Which in my eyes offers great benefits for him in the excitement of getting mail, the expectation of what is in it & having something tangible to hold, read & use as we did as kids.
Plus for me there's just something missing with reading magazines on a screen. Call me old fashioned.

I agree, I prefer holding it in my hand. I just grab it from my local 7/11 on a Monday on the way to work.

So things have settled & for the past couple of weeks I get that week's edition on Thur or Fri... Happy to accept that given the much cheaper price compared to the news-stand.
