Think you can cook a dish that would win Master Top Iron Chef? Well here is the place to share. All the talk about food and good eating goes here. If you think a McAngus burger is gourmet, best you stay away.

BBQ Steak

Seriously - are there any among us that can't theoretically cook a chunk of dead animal?

Only once, on the hottest of hot plates... rub some salt/pepper/olive oil into the meat before you cook it (no need to oil the pan/plate) and let it rest for a couple of minutes after you finish cooking it

Delish! :D

What Grasshoppah said except no salt before it's served and I let it rest longer.

3-4 minutes a side on average depending on the cut and thickness.

Definitely my fave meat. Looks like steak for dinner, I'm salivating lol :aussie:

once only... if you keep flipping it over, your meat will go dry

I have a joke for you. I have a prediction that you are going to walk into a bar, my prediction was wrong and your wallet is gone.
