I couldn't make it last night but I don't mind too much - the combo just didn't appeal in the end. I agree that next week something lower powered or just generally nice handling and easy to throw around. The short Grand Valley could be good.

Once we switched to using Sports Soft I actually enjoyed the combo. Not as much as the weeks before though.

Had an awesome battle with Enforcer in the first race, we swap places for 1st/2nd a few times before Ysu caught up and blew us away! THen it was a battle for 2nd place. Best I could lap was a 1:38 but I think Ysu was doing 1:36's... I blame the PS3 controller!

No worries about the contact Ysu, I thought I had overshot my brake point and hit the brakes to hard, but I was wrong and pulled up short. When I realised I was trying to give some room to aviod the shunt, but the unresponsive nature of the beast didn't help.

Race 2. Shit! It was a bit to warpy/laggy at the start and I don't know how I managed to survive. But I stuffed up on the left hand kink up the hill, went on the dirt and into the wall. By the time I got back to the pits to repair I was well and truly out of the race.

Sambo sorry to dissapoint lol

had heaps of fun racing with you guys, i'd practiced with the hard tyres and then going to the softs threw me off a bit, somehow managed both races with a car with no visual damage i could see from the replays some great passes happened warren got a good one on me in race 1, think my biggest stuff up was trying to take enforcer on the last corner in race 2 went in way to hot and ended up forcing him wide but he recovered fairly quickly... damn ysu your quick on that track, just couldn't keep up with ya

Actually the Elise is pretty good fun with the soft sports. Is it possible for eveyone to use a car someones garage? Wishful thinking?

Would would be cool for next year is if we outline car specs and we can build our own cars within the criteria

Yeah that would be good. I guess we can control it by limiting HP/weight.

Online Race Rewards and Experience: When you complete a race in the [Open Lobby] or [My Lounge], you will now gain rewards and experience points. Even if you are focused more on playing online, you’ll still be able to gain rewards and levels that you need to progress in [GT Life].

Driving Distance and Number of Wins in Online Races: The driving distance and the number of wins you achieve when you complete a race in [Open Lobby] or [My Lounge] will now affect your stats in [Profile] and the [Garage]. Here the results from your online play will cumulate within [GT Life].

Save Data Backup: You can now copy and restore your save data. For details, please refer to the in-game [Manual].
Three fantastic updates right there.

Sweet, now I will spend more time online!

Edit: I really like the Online Collector’s Dealership idea. I for one like to collect classic cars, even if I don't ever drive them.

Patched it this morning and fired it up... woot 3 cars unlocked straight away, including CLK GTR 98 FTW!!!

Online rewards is about time, i too will spend a bit more time online now.

The online dealership is nice, it had the Formula Gran Turismo for purchase 4.8mil so i was 500k short but its the only car i need to buy to finish off the extreme series and then ill have all the events completed in gold bar the enduros. I checked my cash generator race 'extreme series, American Championship, Indy race' and it pays out 117k instead of 98k so thats brilliant (no idea on the XP boost) but at this rate ill get my Formula Turismo tonight and only have the enduros left to do.

Can we do a X2010 race next week? Everyone should have one by then thanks to this new patch!

As per usual I'll probably be late to the race tonight and make an appearance for race 2.

What's to HP on the Lotus we're using? There are a couple in the dealership, (118 & 189 HP....I think), & I can't use the one that Ive got because it's tuned.
