I am trying to find the article sent to me a while back about belt drives. The guy wanted me to blog about it but wouldn't tell me how he was associated with the company he was spruiking.

From memory he had converted a Volagi disc brake bike. Looked bloody great.

Miss V picked this one up on friday :)

She seems pretty happy with it after her first race meet. Maybe a couple of minor modifications required, but she had a fair bit of pace on it :vibes:

Finally managed to take a picture.

Still has the Rival brakes which I'll quite likely swap to Reds...which will push the weight down from 7.05 kg to just under 7 (with pedals, bottle cages and all the garmin stuff) :D

Well, I've got full movement of the shoulder area however the elbow doesn't extend fully (and apparently never will) - it's missing like 5 degrees so not that big a deal.

Left arm is basically a stick. But come January I can start to lift things so I guess the muscles will come back eventually. I've been doing the Sufferfests for couple of months so the legs are good. Just wishing the damn snow would melt already and I can get back to road, climate change...pfffft.

Another bike to add to the Stable.

Been enjoying doing the odd jump here and there lately so I decided to buy myself a jump bike. Will also use it for pump track use, which is probably the best bang for buck training for MTB'ing lol.. well, that's if i actually do it regularly.

mmmm... bikes

Fucking atrocious aren't they lol.. That's in the last room to renovate, so I'm stuck with them for a bit. In all honesty it's like a tropical holiday all year round.

P.S... the rug matches!

I fell off my bike vil!

Lol

Big nose bonk on the down ramp on the last jump in a set of 5, top of down ramp was still a bit soft too so the front wheel dug in causing me to drop from about 6ft straight down on my shoulder and head.

Actually didn't even feel like I had done anything, it took about 20 minutes before I got convinced to go to the hospital. Once I was there and the adrenalin wore off I really started feeling it though.
