Soo normally we have a thread! figured why not.

Been an interesting start to the tour.. watching Cav go down stage 1 has really made this Marcel Kittel's tour soo far, but wow stage 2 was a hard one

Yep. Sleep, that bitch of a thing we must have.

Cav deserved it. The old Win it or bin it mentality.

The English crowds were nuts, and fucking nuts! Get off the fucking roads.

I've been keeping across it but not religiously like I normally do or in norbinator fashion.

Saying that the Grand Depart in the UK was spectacular especially stage 2, magnificent!!!

Tonight's stage could be just as epic, cobbles in the wet is the forecast... Be interesting to see how the GC "Mountain Goats" fare, especially Froome with his now dodgy wrist.

Well that got out of hand quickly... Do Sky have enough bodies to give Richie Porte a crack at the GC?

Didn't I say EPIC!!!

Nope SKY don't have the fire power for Porte but no doubt their aim will be to try get him a mountain stage win now.

I'll be an armchair doctor and diagnose that Froome broke his radius bone.

Looking at the replay it seemed that he couldn't straighten his right arm. Been there, broke that...

I have a sneaking suspicion he busted his wrist the day before.

Yep after listening to the ITV podcast this morning there is an inference that Froome starting yesterday was a feat in itself by how TeamSKY commented to the media yesterday morning.
I guess he & the team didn't want to die wondering, figuring if he could get through the cobbles then he'd probably most likely able to continue.
Thing is he didn't even make it to the cobbles to test the theory.

It's now Ritche's time to be groomed to see if he can handle the pressure of team leadership!!!

Harsh...

But Porte's never been designated team leader yet either...

Wiggo probably would have been on the deck more than Froome today.

I am pretty sure that was the best TdF stage I have ever seen.

Tour de crash - been a interesting start and still stage 6 they dropping like flies... will Crackadore win or will moose nuckles nibbles be the surprise? I follow this sport every year and never seen so many top class riders drop out.

Looking forward to the mountain stages to see who has the legs and lungs, for now i am happy to watch the chaos unfold.

As for Wiggo - i am sure a nice earl grey was consumed when he saw and heard the news on prey mantis froome.

People saying Bertie is too far back already are deluded.

He put so much time into Nibbles at the Dauphine on those climbs. Imagine the damage he can do on HC climbs.

It is a long way from over. People seem to have discounted Valverde. I wouldnt be surprised to see him podium.

Soft as in soft bones hey norbs...

So left wrist on stage 4 then right hand on stage 5...

No wonder he abandoned.
