For a guy who bangs on and on about the driving feel of other games, he sure knows how to not say a fucking word on how it handled. Talking about setups is not talking about driving feel. Slightly bad AI and Lack of league management, hold the phone he's a game dev's nightmare. Hypocritical fuck deserves nothing

Considering how often he mentions having some input into the handling model and that being the weak point of Slightly Mad Studios in general, he doesn't say shit about it.
I believe 95% of what he says in general, but SMS is also paying him to one-up all the iRacing fanboys and get a real race car.

Nobody is using Netflix in my neighbourhood at this time of day. I'm getting my full 100Mb/s. If this continues, I'll have it pre-loaded in under an hour.

I still can’t figure out why the PC version is smaller than the console versions (35 vs 52GB).

Perhaps the download from Steam is in some sort of compressed format.

I will admit to a little VR queasiness, but I'm pretty sure that's because I was mainly racing the karts. They don't have the surrounding cockpit for a frame of reference and they bounce and skip around the track a lot. Not enough to make me hurl, though it does take a lot to get me over that threshold.

The default VR settings were conservative enough that I didn't get juddering issues or anything like that. I'm pretty happy with the defaults.

On the driving feel - I'll need more time. It didn't seem weird or unintuitive.

I still love that Formula Rookie.

Well we still talk about the Cars 1 Formula Rookie so no surprise we'll do it again.

I got 20 mins to go before I can find out.

Sooo...
What's the general consensus with it, is it better than the original particularly the handling & FFB?
Also who shelled out the extra cash for the Deluxe Edition & was it worth the extra $30 for just 4 additional cars right now?
