wanted, 2nd hand wheel

Post by w00dsy »

i'm looking at a new wheel, my trusty old A1 has been great, but it's only 4 buttons and no usb. I'm looking at maybe a logi momo or something similar. Does anyone have any wheels for sale? I don't race enough to justify a new wheel.

i haven't used mine in years, even when i did it wasn't much - just to church and back on sundays. :D

mine's the Logitech Driving Force, was still 'as new' last time i touched it - probly dusty in a cupboard somewhere now, works great on PS2 and PC - haven't tried anything else.

$50 bucks - but i couldn't be bothered posting it so if you're not in adelaide too bad.
because you can't drive a house

Yup.
I've an old MOMO, pretty good condition I think. There was a bit of slack, about 1mm in the steering shaft, but tolerable.
Never had any of the pedals probs others did.

I'm home tomorrow, let me see if it has all the bits, transformer importantly.

Yup its all there,
Only 2 things wrong.
the gas pedal is missing about 1" square from the lower right corner, it broke off early days, never was a problem.
Also the plug where the transformer plugs in used to sometimes take a few goes to register it had power,
I was going to open it up and wire it in permanently but never got around to it.

Plugged it in today and it worked fine.

$60.00

I'm off interstate till mid october next Thursday, so you could wait till after or pick it up before then.
