LFSEA presents the Battle of the Badges

A V8 Supercar Event with a difference, the ultimate test to determine once & for all who is the best manufacturer of Supercars in the World.
This is not just an event to see who is the best driver but also to determine which badge (Ford or GMH) stands on top of the podium.

Date: Wed 5th December
Time: 9:00pm EDST Start
Track: Kyoto National Rev (KY2R)
Car: FZR - V8 Supercar Skin Pack

Event Format:
Qualifying: 20 min Open Session
Race 1: 10 Lap Sprint / Grid in manufacturer order (read below)
Race 2: 10 Lap Sprint / Reverse Grid from Race 1 finish positions
Race 3: 30 Lap Race / 1 Compulsory Pit Stop / Grid set by combined points from Race 1 + 2 finish positions.

Revised V8 Supercar rules apply, incl V8 Supercar Sprint Round Points Table as per below.
Supercar Sprint Points Classification:
Pos: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15
Pts: 24 20 17 15 13 12 11 10 9 8 6 5 4 3 2

Race 1 Grid Determination:
A new concept of team vs team will be used to set the line-up for Race 1 with Qualifying determining pole position as usual but here is the twist. Depending on which manufacturer wins pole then all cars of that make will line up behind them on the same side of the grid, in order of fastest to slowest for that make. The other manufacturer will then line up beside them on the opposite side of the grid. One line of Blue versus one line of Red.

Team Classification:
Total combined points from all 3 races for both Holden and Ford cars will determine the winning manufacturer.

Safety Car will be used.
Resets will not be allowed.

One off, Single Driver Event. Maximum 31 racers.
