GTR and dedi mode

My dearest wife just bought me GTR since i was always whinging about not having S2.

The pdf handbook says that they supply a dedicated server program but i cannot find it. Any help would be much appreciated as i want to ask Xtra if they will host a server and i need to know what to do/supply/ask for.

can i use my own copy on the server but still play myself?

BHM: Prerequisite: This program requires GTR 1.4 to be installed

Is this the full game or just the 1.4 patch?

IE same cdkey/serial keys on the server and still play from my own PC ?

remember i would not be providing the server.
