Qualifying for next License
Guys, I had a look in the FAQ, couldn't see it, felt like being lazy, so i'd ask here.
Does someone know exactly what is required to advance, forget the Srating, just how many races and Time Trials need be done. I think i might be short on TT's

2.4.1.
Rookies are required to complete at least four Time Trial sessions OR two Race Sessions prior to the end of their rookie season in order to earn a Class D license (provided their safety record meets the minimum standard).

easy for some!! I'm on 3.92 for road, with 1 day remaining.... I need 2 or 3 clean, absolutely clean, sparkling races. I could always do 4 TT's, ie, 4 x 8 clean lap sessions, and i'd hit the magic 4.00.

Some play it safe on the merry-go-round, others go for the thrills of the roller-coaster.

Yep, what Shaun said.
You only need to have 4.0 to race the cars the class above what you are.

Re: Qualifying for next License
Yep
Im just going to bother with an above 3.0 and get the standard D.
Thrash that set of cars for the season then move up.
If i reach 4.0 in my D license and can drive the next set of cars ill think about buying the next seasons gear then.
I dont want to rush my way to the top and lately i haven't had that much time to drive...

Re: Qualifying for next License
I've only been aiming to get 4.99+ because next series I want the option of racing Mazda or Skippy whenever. And after the D season I'll want to be able to jump into the Radical (assuming it's the B car) as soon as possible too. I think my oval license will become severely neglected and probably stay on D for quite some time.

Re: Qualifying for next License
I'm with you Exar. Maxed out my ratings so I can jump straight into the C licence cars. I will drive the Skippy but will prolly won't give the Late Model much time.
I've not enjoyed the ovals yet, mainly 'cause I hate the "piss ant" little tracks.......but I'm quite looking forward to racing the Silver Crown on the mid sized ovals.
I'm also looking forward to the Sprintcar. That could bring some wheel to wheel sideways madness.
I also want to race the Radical as soon as poss.
