Just saw this on 1-day, it's a "game seat". The speakers and stuff in it a probably total crap, but it's not a bad shape for a racing cockpit. Just thought you guys might be interested.

That site sells a different thing every day, so if you want it you've gotta get it today.

Snaps to GT, your post got me off my arse, and I am 50% built using a home design, which is actually a bastard version of all the plans at RSC. Biggest thing for me is that is has to fit both me at 6 foot + and my ompa loompa sized son. Will post up some pics soon-ish.

Well i'm finalllyyy done! The results are less than spectacular, and its taken way longer than usual, but i haven't gone over budget, and nothing has really been broken, so i'm happy. Its a very very very dodgy build, but it has survived for now, and is really great for the imersion. Pics have all the cables unplugged, but i've had a test drive now.

Anyway, the crappy pics...

The only thing we really need is a good tune, good view & a good brew.

It's great for the immersion level :). The seat is causing a little pain but i expect that is just getting used to it. Also the raised pedal position is causing low leg soreness, but seems to be helping the achilies problem i used to have :)
