Its a shame, dont get me wrong I think he should have been dropped a long time ago, but he has had a solid career.. now when he retires people will think of the last 3 months, not the years of solid perforamnce he has put in

nah not me... I remember the opening partnerships with Gilly... and the way those 2 used to dispatch fast bowlers over the ropes.... ahhh the memories...

yeah i have too many great memories of Hayden destroying it... and that menacing walk down the pitch. Almost like a tiger stalking its prey.... was completely different to a deano dance up the pitch but it was great to watch when he was really in form, calculated and aggressive. Will miss ya Matty!

What a fucking great cricketer, phenomenal batsman and great slips fielder. He'll be missed but it was past due.
