It updates a list of bogus ip's (movie studios etc..) daily

The safest way to torrents is....not to do illegal p2p file sharing!
But otherwise...encrypted p2p would be a good thing if it was more common, but as things stand they don't really chase individuals with this shit, because they'd have to charge every second computer user. Hence it's not encrypted.

Like the others have said, private trackers are golden & peer guardian. Ive got TBs of the stuff and aint stopping anytime soon. Other than that what Ysu touched on... find a Darknet. But its easier to find a million dollars in your pocket, sort of the point really. When talking about darknets it always reminds me of the Fight Club rules
