Considering the previous 2 summers, this summer was shit boring, but I suppose you cant have great cricket year in year out. The Poms are here to hand back the Ashes next year, so that should be good.
They'll talk up their chances and claim they won't be handing back the Ashes and then spanky spanky But hope is good.

Basically HB, I lost the toss and we batted like shit on a good wicket, lost first innings and the weather completely sunk the ship. It was a most frustrating weekend. We only had about two Saturdays in the last 6 weeks. The weather sucked. I knew if we played the final it was going to be a lottery....... Still pissed me off.
Bring on the footy. Played my first Old boys game of the year today against our Ressies and lost by a goal. Young Pricks. lol
If any other player had taken a 5 for and reached down to kiss the coat of arms, got the wrong side and kissed the VB logo, he would be deemed a twat. When Douggy does it he is a fucking legend.
If he doesnt get a gig in the next VB ad, there is something wrong at the marketing department of Victoria Bitter.
But hope is good.
