err, wouldn't work... surely would come up with permission denied error or something of the like.
If you can leave two black stripes from the exit of one corner to the braking zone of the next, you finally have enough horsepower.

If set to administrator I don't think windows does much to stop you from wrecking your pc...

However files under system32 would be in use I think, many core dll's are in there...no matter how much permission you have it won't delete files that are in use.
