apparently this works on iphone, ipod touch and ipad, but i was getting network time outs trying to install it. I assume the servers would be getting hammered.
1. Open Cydia > Manage > Sources
2. Edit source and add http://repo.benm.at" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
3. Search Frash and install it.
