1/2 teaspoon English Mustard
1/2 teaspoon Sweet Paprika
1/4 teaspoon Ground Oregano
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 1/2 tablespoons Peanut Oil
1 teaspoon Tabasco Cause
1 Garlic Clove, Crushed
1/2 Tomato Sauce
2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
2 tablespoons Soft Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 teaspoons Brown Vinegar
1.5kg Pork Ribs
1) Mix the everything (expect the ribs) in a saucepan over a medium heat for 3 minutes. Stir it every 30 seconds or so. Allow to cool.
2) Place ribs in a large, non metalic bowl, cover with the sauce and mix well. Place cling wrap over the top and place in the fridge overnight.
3) Cook on the BBQ!
