- First I made a backup of the file "workerMap.xml" (e.g. "workerMap.bak") found in the folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\f1 2010\system"
- Then I copied the new "workerMap6Core.xml" file from the 6 core update above and renamed it to "workerMap.xml"

Oh I did that.. wasn't because it wasn't working but to get more FPS.
