I'll do my normal 40km tomorow but unfortuantly I don't feel right riding 100km to get to Uni and then 100km back at 8pm.

Of course i did! 
It was a little on the cool side this morning, but leg warmers and a nice Adelaide Cyclists Merino wool jersey soon fixed that problem
Miss V and I decided that a nice cruisy ride along the river into the CBD was the order of the day. Had a bit of a breakfast at Victoria Square and caught up with a few other adelaide cyclists members before rolling off to work. Looked like a pretty reasonable turn out.
