How stable is it , would be a much cheaper alternative for movie making and sporting events.

Indeed..

Add a laser and you have your new drone squad.
Some play it safe on the merry-go-round, others go for the thrills of the roller-coaster.

I have a joke for you. I have a prediction that you are going to walk into a bar, my prediction was wrong and your wallet is gone.

One imagines what the military have if something like this is available to the public.

It would be pretty handy with a GPS and laser guidance for missile tracking .

Ebay GT, expect to spend some dollars though.

I went all gun ho with it some months back and bought a Chassis. From what I had read prior to buying i was guessing the entire setup was gonna cost me about $700. That was until I realised everything I had been looking at were using lightweight action cameras like GoPro's. I wanted to hang a DSLR off it, turns out to get the motors that would lift that kind of payload pushed the budget up over 3.5k.

At that time I could not find any Ready to Roll out of the box models. They are getting pretty popular now though so it's only a matter of time before someone brings out something as a complete build.

I never planned on using VR goggles though, that's genius..lol
