Check your Gmail Spam folder. Otherwise send me an email with the best address to send it to.

Got it norbs - but there wasn't any sort of link or referral option when upgrading?

Hey guys, I'm just getting back into cycling again at the urging of some friends who have got back into mountain biking a little while back, just wondering if you guys think Strava is worth the $59 a year? It seems to offer what I need in the free version so far, just struggling to see the benefit for the money from their sales blurb.

Re: Any Strava discount codes about?
The free one should suit you for a long while. I upgraded mainly so I could get some more detail on heart rate and effort in parts of my rides, but a bonus was doing the age and weight filters and finding I'm in 46th place in my age range (instead of 222nd overall) on a particular segment!

Cheers for the reply, currently I don't have heart monitor gear either which is where the premium option is probably worth having as best I can tell, will keep travelling with the free version for the time being.

i paid the $$ for the premium version, once again mainly for the HR stuff, and now I have the power analysis stuff too If you don't have a HR monitor i doubt you'd get much our of the premium version.SHoNKY wrote:Hey guys, I'm just getting back into cycling again at the urging of some friends who have got back into mountain biking a little while back, just wondering if you guys think Strava is worth the $59 a year?
