Then.. he also for got labour. I am sure he wouldn't sell it for $275

No he doesn't. He sells them for about $750. But Fender did a replica of it and they want $25,000+ There were some in Australia for $30,000+ Eddie, when he built the original would have cost $600 to $700 in today's coin.
