This is just so hard, anything by Rory Gallagher, Van Morrison, Beatles, Stones, Eric Clapton, John Mayall, Ten Years After, AD/DC, Billy Idol, Iggy Pop, Hendrix, Dylan, Deep Purple, Smashing Pumpkins, Ben Harper, Oasis (love their new album) & so on & so on, but if I hafta pick, then:

'74 Irish Tour - Double live album - Rory Gallagher
Defender - Rory Gallagher
Moondance - Van Morrison
White Album - Beatles
Cosmos Factory - CCR (because this was the first album I ever bought)

All old stuff I know, having said that I have been getting a lot of New music for my son so have had a chance to hear music I would not normally have bothered with, so honourable mention to, in no particular order:

Stereophonics
Nine Inch Nails
Hives
Madeleine Peyroux
Foo Fighters
Queens of the Stone Age
Garbage
Deftones
3 Doors Down
& lots more I'm sure
:)
I don't know where I'm going but I'm on my way!
