Yeah I saw this yesterday but refrained from posting...
I still haven't re-installed GPL which was the initial reason for building my simrig.
This mod might just give me the motivation to get GPL going again. ;)

GPL was released in 1998... If we had been playing a racing game that was 16 years old in '98 you're looking at the original Pole Position arcade game. Crazy!

But pole position was a great game.

once someone converts from sim to arcade game, there is no turning them back. It is like someone rooting chicks for years and then one day they get a bit of boy on boy action happening...

Have you shot your brains out the end of your cock? :D

Even LFS made GPL look like Pole Position. The current day crop make it look even more cod ordinary. Time to move on Studley.

I don't see much up with still playing GPL (mainly because I'm trying to justify buying it! :D )
It's good to have a game that actually has a decent amount of cars and tracks all from the same era, until AC, Pcars and the like get a decent range of historic F1 cars other than the Lotus 49 in their games then I'll keep my intrest with GPL, I used to give a shit about graphics but I've found over the last decade that most racing games sacrifice physics for polish (except AC) and it's good to have a game that has everything except graphics pretty much spot-on.

Eh now that's harsh. My Girl herself was shocked when I told her my age as she thought I was well under 30.
Then much later her Mother said I look at least 10 years younger than my actual age, how's that for an impartial observer.

I'm impartial, there's no way you're getting away with 20's. Unless you're speaking to an 80 year old. :D

I'm with you Righty!
I see all to well the ravages of my high octane lifestyle all over me. But fact is most people think I'm 10 years younger than I am. Guess a lot of it is verve.
