So Kurt Busch has been suspended indefinitely for strangling his girlfriend....

Oh he also claims she is an assassin...

I don't like him, but I can't help but feel he got short changed in this. Nascar pretty much promotes beating the shit out of other drivers after a race but grab a woman to tell her to get the fuck out of your motor home and he's gone for good. Those two sound as nuts as each other.

"The assertion that [Busch] would be chastened from assaulting [Driscoll] for fear of the possibility of physical injury is further discredited, in the Court's view, by the fact that [Busch] makes his living risking his life on an almost daily basis by aggressively driving a race car at speeds often approaching 200 miles per hour in close contact with others driving in the same manner, at the same speed" -Jones, the judge who found Kurt guilty

Kyle has gone to hospital, possible leg injury. He's out of the 500 anyway.

hows this for a load of bullshit, Kurt Busch has been cleared of any criminal charges due to lack of evidence, but Nascar won't reinstate him until he completes their recovery program. He never got charged with anything but they won't let him race again until he completes the program.

"NASCAR is aware of the Delaware Department of Justice announcement today regarding driver Kurt Busch. As we disclosed Monday, he has accepted the terms and conditions of a reinstatement program and is actively participating in the program. Kurt Busch’s eligibility for reinstatement will continue to be governed by that program and the NASCAR Rule Book, though the elimination of the possibility of criminal charges certainly removes a significant impediment to his reinstatement.”

I think that could be the case, Carl put his hand up while still sitting in the car that it was his fault and that he should have backed out of it a little earlier. If he did maybe the car would not have made contact, then again if the air was sucking the car up a bit then either Carl spins out because of it regardless and smacks some other poor bloke or he wiggles a bit, tags the rear of Kahne and writes off the car.....

Racing incident by Carl, pure retaliation from Kahne at the next corner which was pretty lucky not to take out a few other cars streaming through as the 19 was being spun

That would make Kahne almost equally a twat right

What you just said makes no sense. So he had to options, slide up in to kahne or spins and makes contact anyway. Yeah guess just lifting and holding your line isn't an option.

The retaliation wasn't needed. Just as stupid.

Depends on the point he lifts........ Has been show this year that the air between the cars can "suck" them towards the car passing

I did say that his words is that he should have lifted off at somepoint, all I am saying is if he makes that decision to late it could have happened anyway. Stuffed both there races, Carls more than Kahne's so I guess he got what he deserved for the mistake he made

So...

Nascar right now is a major fucking Joke.

Joey Logano wrecks Matt Kenseth to take a win, ruins kenseths chance at a championship, then 2 races later Kenseth, while 9 laps down, after being hit by Logano's team mate, takes payback.

Nascar suspends Kenseth for two races. which is pathetic, NASCAR instigated a take care of it yourselves policy in 2010. it was used. now they ban one driver and are lenient on the another?

Dancia Patrick does the EXACT same thing as kenseth, fined and championship points docked.
