You need to get into squat jumps, step ups, lunges, running ect... I had 3 days of it this week with the trainer and I think I'll need to find a way to better anchor my G-25 pedals. They end up on some weird angles now on the carpet.

My trainer classes cycling as low intensity as I'd never push myself hard enough. She's had me close to vomiting during a cardio workout. She's got a hill lined up for me in time to run up.

But you might crank out your k's on the bike @ 60 kph average

Ripper night as usual, once we cleared out the magic pixies the first group was great, the Abarths were a shit-storm of cutting and smashing, but I won a race so they were great too.
312T's were once again brilliant because once again I won, I'll dedicate my win to Barbeques Galore cos there would have been a lot of them if we were racing these in real life!
