Tried the demo which was okay. Haven't got the release yet though.

I don't wanna recommend it because I don't want to set people up for disappointment, but as a lounge room race game to chill out, this is top notch in my opinion

This is one of my favourite chill out games. It is completely ridiculous in some ways but for just sheer fun factor of driving insane cars in an open map for racing it really works.
Definitely not a sim but it takes all the best parts of Forza and lets you run amok with it. Launching a 700HP dodge charger over a 300ft jump to jump was glorious in HD is just massive fun!
I recently upgraded my xbox one after moving back home so I will have to get this again.
