A new version of the track has been released since we last ran it on Friday night. It was released a month ago, but I only had v0.6.

Is the server online for prac? I don't know if you can set all those tyre/fuel usage parameters in single user.

Is the server running 0.7 version of the track? Because I updated to that version from the link in the first post.

unless i have made a mistake.
the server is correct and running v0.7.
the only change i need to make is to fuel, it currently has 35 liters which got me 12.1 laps, i will change that to 38 liters

Just do a search for arse and you'll see it. Check your filters are set to show full servers and maybe booking mode servers as well.

Pit lane control locks up the front brakes when you enter at full speed. Have to make sure you're heading straight down pit lane or it'll slide you straight into the wall

Bit shitty that it doesn't enforce pit speed limit properly. At this track it might give an advantage to people at the far end of pit lane if those at the start have to slow before the line to avoid overshooting their pit box.

I did some practice last night on the server to see how much I needed to push. Only 3 braking areas with 2 being hard. Took that whole first section, through the esses in 5th. This will be one of the fastest races I think we will have in comps.

I also tried the 2015 F1 and 0:58.377 lap times but there is a nasty bump after T1 right near the pit entry. I didn't notice it in the 72D that much.

I held off Hylas by less than a car length i think in the feature race. I havent had a good battle like that for some time! He had me on the last lap, then gave it back again I almost wanted to let him back by lol.
Sorry about the wide car on a few occasions

Also whats with all the sighs Norbs? It was around the same point every lap, im guessing just as you came onto the back straight.. tough corner? Lol

For once I managed to avoid any incidents and it paid dividends. I still can't believe I won race 1 by just keeping it on the track (most of the time).

It was a good battle to finish the night. I found that you defended very well, I made a few attempts at getting past and you just positioned yourself well each time and was able to hold position, this is something I need to get better at. I find I do a lot better at attacking compared to defending.
You weren't the only one that when I did make a pass on, to then go wide on the next corner and hand it straight back. If I didn't nip the wall on the final corner, I think we could of had a very close finish like what norbs and GT had but still .1 was still close. Well done.

Yeah i joked on TS that the race wasnt over yet and then out of the last corner I thought oh wow he could actually pip me over the line! You had a lot more speed coming out of the last corner.
I usually buckle under pressure defending so you were just unlucky this time
